The Divezone UK ltd are an IDEST approved test centre number 6F. We carry out in house servicing of all majors brand of Scuba equipment.

For the immediate future we are only authorized to carry out simple repair and service tasks on your Kowalski Torches. Things like o-ring changes, bulb changes, easy-open upgrades can be done in house.

Repairs that need replacement batteries or electronics do require that we send them back to Kowalski in Berlin, so that they can inspect the lamp and quote for the repairs that are necessary. Unfortunately shipping charges of up to £20 each way apply for us to send and receive Torches to and from Berlin. However we will endeavour to keep these charges to a minimum by shipping customers torches in one bundle and splitting the charges accordingly.

Pleaase see below for estimated charges for battery replacement and upgrade. Please note that these prices are for guide purposes only, a firm quotation can only be produced upon dismantling of the Torch. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of Shipping costs. 

We are due to travel to Berlin to undergo training at the Kowalski factory in the near future and so we will be looking to carry out all repairs to Kowalski Torches in house by the end of the year.

Conversion of existing Classic Torches to speed charge-
Estimates below are to completely disassembled and install the following- new flooring, new O-ring floor, new switch axis + New cargo terminals, completely new electronics (including charging electronics).New power supply in exchange for the old Charger (otherwise extra charge)! Completely check lamp + power supply, final Pressure test lamp. On the conversion Kowalski provide 3 year warranty. Incuding VAT

Conversion to lithium-ion battery with MAXUM Lithium Ion Batteries
Even with older lamps, a conversion to "Maxum" with lithium-ion battery is possible. For an estimate for the upgrade please supply the serial number of the lamp that you have along with the model so that we can check for suitablility, the serial number can be found on the bottom of the lamp and is also noted on the warranty card if you still have it. please also let us know if the Torch is a two stage switch or a dimmable type. 

Please note that for a firm quotation the Torch must be sent for inspection by the technician. Please send the charger along with the Torch for all repairs and modifications.
